Description
For intestinal cleansing and purification of the stomach and intestines. Also for the preparation of bear root pear honey.
Pearhoney:
Boil 1kg of pears (remove the core) and mash them to a pulp, heat up some honey (skim off), add 80g of pear honey mixture and stir in. Bring everything to the boil again, pour into jars and refrigerate.
Use:
Either as a spread (bear root pear honey) or pure stirred into fennel tea or honey – daily for 4 weeks depending on age and body weight.
In the morning 1 pinch to 1 tsp. before breakfast
At noon 2 pinches to 2 tsp. after meals
In the evening 3 pinches to 3 tsp. before bedtime
